Chari is involved in RDF’s financial management strategy, giving direction to budget and accounting processes and actively involved in fundraising efforts.

Vydika is a visual designer and runs her own creative agency. She brings her design sensibilities to RDF’s branding and digital presence. She also works with the students to provide exposure to new and emerging career paths such as visual design.

She holds a Life Coach certification and has completed a course in Forensic Psychology. With extensive leadership experience, she specializes in staff development, coaching, and content design. Mr. Ram Mohan Rao Yarrapothu is a seasoned professional with expertise in HR, industrial relations, legal, and admin functions. He leads Sparsh, a top hospice in Hyderabad, and has been involved with the Rural Development Foundation as a Director and former COO since 2015. An active Rotarian, he also has experience in CSR projects within banking and agri-business.
