MEMORANDUM OF ASSOCIATION

 

NAME OF SOCIETY:

The name of the Society shall be "Rural Development Foundation" (which for the purposes of brevity may be referred to as "RDF")

 

LOCATION OF THE OFFICE:

No.502, Kaarnik Towers, 6-2-967, Khairatabad, Hyderabad-500 004.

 

AIMS AND OBJECTS:

The aims and objectives of the Society shall be:

 

1.      To establish, maintain, run, develop, improve and expand Educational Institutions (including vocational training centres) in rural areas with emphasis on nutrition hygiene and good health in addition to special attention in the form of material and financial assistance to the girl child and children from the weaker sections of society as regards their affordability of such education.

 

2.      To promote Adult Literacy.

 

3.      To undertake health and family welfare programs in rural areas in collaboration with government and quasi-government organisations, local bodies, corporate hospitals and other public/private agencies, particularly in the villages where the Foundation’s Educational Institutions are being run.

 

4.      To promote water resource management and watershed programs in selected rural areas as in article 3 above.

1). “Certified that the Society is formed with no profit motive and no commercial activity is involved in its working".

 

2). "Certified that the office bearers are not paid from the funds of the Society".

 

3). "Certified that the Society would not engage or indulge in agitation activities to ventilate        grievances".

 

4)  "Certified that the Society Office Bearer signatures are genuine".

 

5)  "Certified that the Society is a voluntary, non-governmental, non-religious and non-political".
