The Rural Development Foundation has been fortunate to be able to secure the leadership and guidance of selfless civil servants with impeccable reputation to head the foundation. Mr. KR Venugopal, IAS, (Retd) and former Secretary to the Prime Minister of India, Mr. PS Rama Mohan Rao, IPS (Retd) and a former Director General of Police, Andhra Pradesh and former Governor of Tamilnadu, Mrs. Lakshmi K Chary, former Principal, College of Education, Andhra Mahila Sabha, and an authority on Early Childhood Education and Mr.Vinod K Agarwal. (IAS), the current chairman, are a few examples.
